I recently attended the one day make-up workshop and thought the course was excellent. I found the day both insightful and uplifting. There is a lot to cover, however, the environment is friendly and relaxed and enables participants to try out the different looks on themselves as well as watching the demonstrations. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and thought it was money well spent. I learnt all the basic faces and thought the course was very hands on which is the best way to learn. I have always wanted to try my hand at Face Painting and was quite amazed when I found this Website for a Face Painting course. I made enquiries and was even more amazed when I found out the courses were on Saturdays which suited me just fine! I soon booked my course for July this year (2010) and have not regretted it at all! It was such a lovely, relaxing day and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The tutor is such a lovely lady, with tons of patience and she made everyone feel welcome and relaxed.

I never thought in a million years that I would be able to do this but I was wrong, I have done a few small parties and I am getting more and more confident as time goes by. I have enjoyed the course so much I have now reserved a place for the Advance Face Painting and Special Effects Workshop which is in the next month coming. I certainly would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in this field!

I really enjoyed this course and learnt lots in one day, from painting basic faces through to more technical information on how to apply face paint . I was also given information on how to get promote myself as a face painter, and have since set up my own successful face painting business.

A really enjoyable day - great fun. We were a small group and Abigail explained everything we needed to know about facepainting including some really helpful practical tips. There was lots of opportunity to try out different 'faces' on each other. I'd had no prior experience and by the end of it I felt confident enough to set myself up as a facepainter at a local charity event.

I really enjoyed the course. We learnt about skin care routine and how to apply four make up looks, from daytime to evening. We also learnt about how to choose the perfect foundation and were given lots of handy tips and advice from Abigail on application techniques, as well as a good insight into the industry.
